for the game Lunar Lotus Festival Dating Sim, if you have yet to find the dagger, is a gift from Okami when you complete both the wolf among men quest that mouse gives you to give okami two elixers, and getting the quest completion for finding Okami's clothes and glasses. Okami gives you the dagger needed. For the gems, I am still looking for them myself. ^^'
thanks ^-^ the glasses are something mouse gives you and cloths are in the guys room that you cook in i found them but didn't know what to do with them
yeah, those are both for Okami. 
you have to get Okami through conversations with Mouse to find out of an animal that is within the forest, then when you find it, you give it two elixers and it becomes Okami. 
for the gems for Ryu, I have only found one spot for them, and it was for the event with Daichi. I think that event is unlocked after Mouse tells you of his past on the date when going to the sweets shop, making a ten there, and wanting to continue the date. After talking with Daichi a lot, he'll hand you only 5 rainbow gems. T^T dunno of where to find the other 3 needed though...
